Teatro Micaelense in Ponta Delgada, São Miguel, hosts As Ilhas Desconhecidas on 31 October 2026 at 9:30 pm. The theatre production draws on the book of the same name.
Culturproject brings together acting, lighting and imagery with original music composed and performed by Mário Laginha. Nature provides the starting point for an exploration of human emotion and vulnerability.
The performance forms part of Ponta Delgada 2026 — Portuguese Capital of Culture, offering residents and visitors free admission.
Tickets must be collected from the theatre box office, with a maximum of four per person. Seat selection is available only until 30 minutes before the performance begins.
