Caloura Beach
Caloura Beach, also known as Baixa D'Areia, is a small beach with clear water; nearby are a fishing port, green cliffs and a natural clear-water pool.
About this place
The beach of Caloura as it is known by many has as its real name Praia da Baixa D'Areia, this beach is located on the south side of the island, in Lagoa. It is a small beach, but with crystal clear waters.
In the same area is also the Caloura Bathing Zone, which has a small beach next to the artisanal fishing port of Caloura. It is surrounded by green-coloured cliffs and also features a natural clear water pool.
