Ilha Verde Rent-a-Car

Ilha Verde Rent-a-Car was founded on São Miguel in 1971 and is headquartered in Ponta Delgada. It operates across the Azores through desks at airports, city locations and other arrival points. This regional network allows travellers to arrange vehicles for different islands through one operator, although individual stations do not necessarily share the same hours or services.

The fleet includes passenger vehicles and other categories, supported by a regional automotive assistance structure. The main Ponta Delgada city contact is at Campo de São Francisco 5/7. Daily hours from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm apply to the city desk; the airport has its own operation and should be checked separately. Collection, return, insurance, deposit and inter-island travel conditions depend on the station and selected contract.
