SATA faces minimum service negotiations
SATA ground handling unions plan an overtime strike from 6 November to 31 December, with minimum service talks ahead after flight delays and cancellations.
SITAVA and SINTAC have been called to a meeting on 26 October to negotiate minimum services and the resources needed to provide them.
The Regional Directorate for Vocational Training and Employment will host talks following notice of a ground handling overtime strike from 6 November to 31 December.
The partial strike underway since 21 October has already caused delays and cancellations, particularly at SATA Air Açores, disrupting regional travel.
