The BodyRoots™ LiquidRoots™ SUP Yoga Retreat takes place on Terceira Island and combines SUP yoga, Pilates, bodyweight training and barefoot exercise both on and off the water. Classes use the LiquidRoots™ floating fitness system and are designed for participants with different experience levels.
The programme includes hotel accommodation, daily breakfast, traditional Azorean group dinners, yoga equipment, an introduction to myofascial release and activities such as hiking, volcano exploration, walking tours and beach time. The 25 to 31 August 2026 retreat is currently listed with limited availability, while the 1 to 9 August edition is sold out. Flights and gratuities are not included. BodyRoots also accepts enquiries for customised private retreat groups.
