Compared with June 2025, bank valuations in the region rose by 24%. The figures, based on data from Statistics Portugal, place the Azores among the regions with the strongest annual growth in this indicator.
Month on month, compared with May, the increase was 3.1%, the highest among Portugal’s regions. Nationwide, the annual rate of change stood at 16.6%, below the rate recorded in the Azores.
